GMail Labs – Undo Send a Godsend? 3

Mar20

GMail Undo SendI’m going to assume that you’re like me, and there has been more than one occasion where you accidentally let an email go before proofreading.

Maybe your fingers were a little greasy from that taco you just ate for lunch, and your fingers slipped and somehow sent your email in GMail. I’ve done this, and you usually hear a “Nooooo!” down the hall when it happens.

GMail Adds Multi-Upload Support 3

Feb26

GMailI’ve been using GMail since 05′, but one of the problems I run into is when you want to upload multiple files as attachments to an email.  GMail used to force you to upload each attachment one at a time.

Not anymore!  The crew over at Mashable just stumbled on the feature that will allow you to upload multiple documents by simply CTRL-selecting each document.  You even get a progress indicator that shows you each file’s upload status.

The Best Email Service 7

GMail Todo Lists 2

Dec9

I love it when things just work; don’t you?  Google has become famous for building applications that are simplistic in nature and get the job done.

One of their next projects was a Todo List for Gmail, and it looks like they’ve begun rolling it out.

It’s simple – type in the name of the item that you’d like to do and it get’s published.  Left-click on the select box next to that task and the object get’s completed.

If you have a GMail account, you’ll need to click on the labs icon on the top right of your GMail window to enable this for your account.  Take a look, and read up on this new tool over at the official GMail Blog.
