I had a chance to register for a free account over at Backpackit.com and started to play around with their features. One of the first things I saw was that you are able to use this tool took keep track of buyer files, pictures, files (you have to pay to upload files), and notes. Although you could use a traditional contact manager such as Act, this tool is a free way to writeup your notes about clients or upcoming transactions.

Expect a full review sometime this month. I will go into detail about the implementations of this technology inside of real estate and see if it would prove to be useful, or just be another neat tool to add to your “extra” arsenal.
