Jim, why is it that you are so apprehensive to use top producer? Top producer is the very best contact managment system available for real estate. Only problem with it is that it is not very user friendly and takes several hours of just playing with it to learn it’s true powers.

Great advice Steve. I have been very hesitant to use Top Producer, and instead have been using the database tools that RE/MAX provides, which has drawbacks as well but it does seem very secure.

Before clicking on the link, I was thinking that i shall have to go through a very long tutorial, MS rocks as alway because it can be done with a few clicks. Thanks for sharing such a nice tutorial.
