Today, Top Producer 8i had a run in with the Conficker virus, and it seems everyone’s contacts are missing. After speaking with support, it seems as if somehow the virus installed itself on their servers, and immediately started deleting everything.
No reports if you’ll be able to restore your contacts, but let’s hope you’ve been performing daily backups (I do 2 a day) of your contacts, transactions, notes, marketing, published marketing, listings, and emails.
