GMail Todo Lists

I love it when things just work; don’t you?  Google has become famous for building applications that are simplistic in nature and get the job done.

One of their next projects was a Todo List for Gmail, and it looks like they’ve begun rolling it out.

It’s simple – type in the name of the item that you’d like to do and it get’s published.  Left-click on the select box next to that task and the object get’s completed.

If you have a GMail account, you’ll need to click on the labs icon on the top right of your GMail window to enable this for your account.  Take a look, and read up on this new tool over at the official GMail Blog.

    Unbelievably the tasks are not able to be seen on the calendar application of google. How stupid is that–a Calendar without ability to have tasks right there. Until then they cannot get traction for their mobile calendar app. You need tasks.

    Or am I just not seeing how it works? From what I can tell tasks are not currently and have not been available with their “calendar”.

    So I’ll be sticking with Agendus for blackberry….
