GMail Themes

I know plenty of real estate agents that use GMail in their real estate business.  Personally, I use Google Apps for Business for all of my team members.  

You might be excited to hear that Google, over the next couple of days, is releasing themes for your GMail.  When you’re enabled, you will see a new “theme” option in the settings area of your GMail account.  There’s actually quite a bit of themes avaialable; one example theme is in the photo in this post.

Save Money on Printing

In many markets around the United States, real estate sales have been declining due to many various factors; the media outlook on the economy, rise in foreclosures, and a more strict mortgage approval process.

Many real estate agents are faced a dilemma.  How can I decrease my monthly expenses to brace myself for a future decrease in sales?  One way to do that is by saving on your printing costs by printing as a PDF.

I’ve written about CutePDF before, but in this video, I’ll show you how to find, install, and use CutePDF to begin saving money right away.  The video is after the break.
